HCI, the subcontractor to DHHS for supervising child visits reportedly has ceased supervising any visits due to coronavirus. That decision would have had an outsize, practical effect on DHHS' ability to continue to provide visits to parents.
Also, it is unclear whether parents who have custody of their children in the context of a straight petition should be following the same guideline as have been given to foster families.
